(More customer reviews)My son LOVES his taggies blanket! He plays with it all day long and it helps him self-soothe himself to sleep when he wakes up during the night. The previous post said that her daughter almost suffocated with it, but this could happen with any blanket. That's why you don't give a blanket to baby who can't yet pull things off of his/her face and then walk away and leave the child alone. The incident isn't product specific. You don't put a baby a loose blanket to sleep with for the same reason, so obviously you wouldn't leave that baby alone while he/she was playing with a blanket.
