(More customer reviews)I bought this recently to replace a dual receptacle on my front deck. It was easy to install, just a bit of caulking, wiring, and screwing and it was done in ten minutes. It works perfectly, comes on every time my dog walks out the door. Plus, it uses less electricity than the old one. Replacement bulbs are cheaper too. I'll definitely buy this baby again.

Heath Zenith's SL-5511 bundles a motion sensor and a single halogen light in one package. The unit includes a selectable timer that lets you set the amount of time the lights stay on after motion stops (an automatic photocell deactivates the lamp in daylight). Alternatively, a manual override enables you to turn the light on and off at will via an existing indoor switch. The sensor has a range of up to 50 feet and detects motion in a 100-degree range with a maximum 3,400-square-foot detection zone. The detection range is adjustable, too, so you can make sure the floodlights don't go on every time a car drives by. Accepts halogen bulbs of up to 150 watts (included).--Josh Dettweiler
